Kati Kunze has practised as labour law specialist and solicitor since 2005 focussing exclusively on the area of labour law.
Kati Kunze advises in all matters of labour law. Among her areas of special expertise are the ongoing support of companies in the field of labour law as well as assistance during restructuring and associated issues, with a particular emphasis on collective bargaining, notably in the development of tariff change strategies (in transfers of business, for instance). Kati Kunze also advises on the establishment and implementation of executive remuneration schemes. She has particular experience in compliance issues as well as the interaction of commercial and company law with labour law. She has extensive courtroom experience, representing at judicial bodies which arbitrate in matters of labour law at all levels up to the Federal Labour Court in Erfurt.
